Bio

I began shooting video in 1988 on my parents’ VHS camcorder. I found my calling at Daviess County High School’s WPAW News where I learned non-linear editing (and other mischief). I earned a degree in broadcasting and television production from Western Kentucky University and have been involved in digital filmmaking ever since. Now a Lexington, Kentucky-based freelance video producer, I specialize in documentaries, real estate video, makeshift short films, and music videos, with field production experience in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Myanmar, Japan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Kenya. In 2015, I married Maggie, a beautiful lady from Yangon.
